Supply Chain Analyst

Our client, a leading food and beverage distribution company
, is hiring a Data Entry Analyst in Rosemont, IL
.

In this role, you will support supply chain operations by entering and tracking purchase orders, monitoring inventory data, and maintaining accurate records using Excel and supplier portals
. You will research and resolve inventory and order discrepancies, work closely with Operations, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

• Enter and manage purchase orders, forecasted orders, and inventory data with a high level of accuracy.
• Track inbound shipments, monitor supplier portals, and resolve order or inventory discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory and sales data, prepare reports, and collaborate with Operations to maintain accurate inventory records.

• 2+ years of data entry or supply chain experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); SAP or Blue Yonder preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
