Kinsa is recruiting for a:
Director of Supply Chain / Frozen Foods
Location:
St. Louis, MO area (Onsite)
This is an opportunity to lead and shape the supply chain function for a growing food manufacturing organization with multiple facilities and ambitious growth plans. The Director of Supply Chain will play a key role in optimizing operations, strengthening supplier and logistics networks, and building scalable processes that support future expansion.

- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including leadership responsibility within food manufacturing environments. Multi-site responsibility a plus.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Experience with USDA, FDA, FSMA, and food manufacturing regulatory requirements.
- Experience utilizing ERP, MRP, forecasting, and supply chain planning systems.
- Experience managing multi-site manufacturing and distribution operations preferred.
- Background in cold chain, refrigerated, or frozen food supply chains preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
