- • Shape Uline’s logistics strategy across LTL, parcel, truckload, intermodal, ocean and air transportation modes
- • Own carrier procurement and contract negotiations
- • Build strategic carrier partnerships to strengthen capacity, improve service and optimize transportation costs
- • Use data and market insights to improve performance, reliability and transportation efficiency
- • Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team
- • Partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams on long-term logistics strategy
- • Drive enterprise transportation initiatives supporting Uline’s continued growth
- • Strengthen procurement capabilities and support same-day shipping across Uline’s distribution network
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of transportation, logistics or supply chain leadership experience
- Proven success leading teams, influencing stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives
- Experience managing carrier relationships, including negotiations and performance management
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to drive logistics improvements
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Must work on-site
