** What You’ll Do
*** Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance to support safe and efficient plant operations.
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, building components, and production equipment as needed.
* Complete building and facility repairs, including work on doors, windows, fencing, roofing, and other structural elements.
* Partner with maintenance and production teams to resolve equipment issues, support production needs, and minimize downtime.
* Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, quality, and production output.
* Collaborate with contractors, equipment manufacturers, and internal teams to support projects and implement process improvements.  
** What You’ll Bring
*** At least one year of experience in building maintenance, construction, manufacturing maintenance, or a related field.
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
* Experience using common power tools, including drills, grinders, impacts, and saws.
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual English/Spanish and basic refrigeration knowledge are preferred.

*** A full-time second shift schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., with Saturdays as needed.
