Senior Operations Manager

, known for innovation, quality, and continuous growth. With this, they are seeking a Senior Operations
Manager to join a fast-paced, high-performing site. This is a key production facility that is quickly growing and continuously expanding capabilities.

As a Senior Operations Manager you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring on-time production and delivery, spearheading continuous improvement initiatives, and team development.

• Oversee daily operations across production and warehousing/distribution to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a strong onsite presence as a member of the site leadership team.
• Lead, train, and mentor onsite teams to maintain a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring reliability and timely resolution.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and improve KPIs tied to safety, quality, and production.
• Be an effective communicator to senior leadership.
• Work cross functionally with various corporate functions such as finance and sales teams.

• 3+ years of leadership experience within a food manufacturing / distribution environment (or relevant field).
• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Passion for driving safety, quality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.
