Project Executive | Construction

We’re partnered with a well-established commercial contractor looking to add a Project Executive to their growing interiors, industrial and commercial team. This is a key leadership role overseeing projects up to $25M
, working closely with ownership, clients, and field leadership.

• Manage multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Lead project teams including APMs, supers, and coordinators
• Handle change orders, cost control, and risk management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and tenants
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard

• 10+ years of experience in commercial / corporate interiors/ industrial construction
• Proven experience managing projects up to $15M
• Strong understanding of fast-track interiors, tenant improvements, and occupied spaces
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously
• Background with a GC or design-build firm preferred

• $150K–$200K base salary (depending on experience)
• Bonus potential up to 20% annually
