SERVICE MANAGER

• Three years of experience with Dealership Service, preferred
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
• Must have computer proficiency
• Personal and professional integrity
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize work.
• Positive, high-energy, customer focused service
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License

• Trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all service dept. staff
• Maintains and controls the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems and surveys.
• Develop and implement plans to promote new and repeat business
• Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
• Monitors Service staff daily productivity
• Maintains high-quality service repairs
