Required Qualifications 10 to 15 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or commercial finance within beauty or consumer goods Proven exposure to international business models, including wholesale and omnichannel retail Direct experience with global retailers is strongly preferred Strong understanding of P&L mechanics, margin structures, and pricing architecture Ability to operate independently while managing multiple stakeholders across international time zones
