- Make build, make revisions, repair, and clean all components of molds, robots, and fixtures.
- Make mold revisions and repairs
- Do preventative maintenance on molds
- Daily maintenance of Toolroom machinery
- Scheduling of mold repairs
- Repairs and machining of new fixtures
- Building of new robot tooling
- Making of replacement inserts and new inserts for molds
- Communicate information effectively with co-workers from all shifts
- Clean and maintain work areas
- Basic reading, writing and math skills needed int eh English language. (This is usually obtained through a high school diploma or equivalent.) 4-year TMA degree (or equivalent) with machining experience and math knowledge of basic geometry and trigonometry.
- Lathe, bridge port, and surface grinding experience
- Knowledge of injection molds a plus
- Knowledge of hot runner systems and wiring a plus
