VP of Operations-Multi Site

We have partnered with a manufacturing company in Northern Illinois seeking a Multi-Site VP of Operations to lead facilities across the Midwest. Ideally, this individual will be located in or near Winnebago County, IL.

This is a key leadership role focused on creating a consistent culture and operating approach across multiple facilities. We are looking for a strong people leader who can build alignment, drive accountability, standardize processes, and lead each facility through continuous improvement and operational transformation.

• Provide leadership and direction across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Build a strong, consistent culture centered around people, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead operational transformation, standardization, and the implementation of best practices across sites.
• Establish and utilize KPIs and operating systems to drive performance and visibility.
• Partner with site leadership to improve communication, gain employee buy-in, and create accountability at all levels.
• Balance current operational needs with future growth, capacity, and investment priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and overall operational performance.

• Proven multi-site manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong people leadership with the ability to influence, develop, and align teams across multiple locations.
• Experience leading continuous improvement, transformation, and standardization initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with a visible, accessible leadership style.
• Experience implementing processes, systems, and KPIs across multiple facilities.
• Manufacturing background required; metals or high-volume manufacturing experience is preferred.
