Synergy Recruiting, LLC is seeking a MIG Welder for the 2nd shift (4pm–12:30am). The role is temp to hire with a starting pay of $21+ per hour and a full benefits package after client hire. Primary duties include MIG welding of various metals, setting up equipment, and adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities include following schedules, assisting with layout and fabrication, and occasional light assembly. Prior welding experience and blueprint reading are preferred.
