Kingston of Vermilion is hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) / State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. This is your chance to grow professionally while providing compassionate, hands‑on care that helps residents feel safe, supported, and respected.

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals

Deliver compassionate, resident-focused care that promotes dignity and independence

Monitor and report changes in resident health to the nursing team

Work with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to follow individualized care plans

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Provide companionship and encouragement to enrich resident lives

Active CNA or STNA certification in Ohio (required)

CPR certification preferred

Previous experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or long‑term care a plus (training available)

Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented

Strong communication and attention‑to‑detail
