QUALIFICATIONS- Registered Nurse Licensure, Illinois
- CPA/AED Certification
- Knowledge of pediatric and adult nursing procedures
- Proficient with PCs, tablets, and other mobile electronic devices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and cloud-based applications
- Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed
- Demonstrated aptitude as a self-starter who works with minimal supervision
- Effective interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills
- Effective communication, human relations, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong orientation toward providing customer service
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work positively and productively with adults and high school-age students
Substitutes serve the District in the same capacity as a school nurse during their absence.
SALARY/RATERegular School Day: $38.21 per period
Full Day: $229.28
Extra Period: $267.50
