RN - Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are hiring a 32‑hour/week RN for our 1st shift. RNs are required to work every other weekend. $39‑$43/hour, based on experience. $2/hour weekend shift differential.

We are actively seeking hospitality‑minded Registered Nurses with Long Term Care experience to join our team.

The Registered Nurse is an active member of an assigned unit committed to providing residents with assistance and care in all aspects of their daily lives at The Springs of Monarch Landing. The RN promotes positive personhood, participation at the highest possible level, quality of life, and the overall functioning of the unit.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing clinical leadership to the unit, including defining, planning, organizing, directing, managing, implementing, and evaluating nursing services.
• Dispensing medications and communicating with primary physician, family, other care staff, etc., regarding resident issues and needs.
• Supervising nursing personnel, including LPNs and CNAs.

• Salary range: $39‑$43/hour, based on experience.
