Compensation – $100,000 annually
The Clinical Practice Manager is responsible for the overall day‑to‑day administration of assigned clinic or clinics. This includes managing processes and ensuring that the practice runs smoothly on a day‑to‑day basis. The Clinical Practice Manager collaborates with the leadership team to deploy and manage business processes within the organization.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist with routine HR tasks related to onboarding, off‑boarding, benefits, payroll, 401k.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations in the front office.
- Interface with building property manager to reserve conference rooms or address issues in the suite.
- Ensure faxes and phone calls are answered in a timely manner.
- Handle general accounts payable tasks in coordination with accounting.
- Assist providers in obtaining supplies and other necessary resources needed in the field.
- Assist with claims clarification issues.
- Act as the primary Super User for all current Electronic Medical Records in use.
- Assist with data compilation and analytics.
- Manage supplies, including orders from McKesson and Amazon.
- Oversee daily clinical operations, patient care services, and staff management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- LPN or RN required;
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. - At least two years’ professional experience in the healthcare field.
- Knowledge and skills related to managing day‑to‑day operations for an organization.
- Ability to communicate proficiently through technology and maintain accurate notes and records.
- Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner.
- Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with others.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial, and legal information.
- Ability to complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
