JOB SUMMARY

Compensation – $100,000 annually

The Clinical Practice Manager is responsible for the overall day‑to‑day administration of assigned clinic or clinics. This includes managing processes and ensuring that the practice runs smoothly on a day‑to‑day basis. The Clinical Practice Manager collaborates with the leadership team to deploy and manage business processes within the organization.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with routine HR tasks related to onboarding, off‑boarding, benefits, payroll, 401k.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations in the front office.
  • Interface with building property manager to reserve conference rooms or address issues in the suite.
  • Ensure faxes and phone calls are answered in a timely manner.
  • Handle general accounts payable tasks in coordination with accounting.
  • Assist providers in obtaining supplies and other necessary resources needed in the field.
  • Assist with claims clarification issues.
  • Act as the primary Super User for all current Electronic Medical Records in use.
  • Assist with data compilation and analytics.
  • Manage supplies, including orders from McKesson and Amazon.
  • Oversee daily clinical operations, patient care services, and staff management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • LPN or RN required;
    Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • At least two years’ professional experience in the healthcare field.
  • Knowledge and skills related to managing day‑to‑day operations for an organization.
  • Ability to communicate proficiently through technology and maintain accurate notes and records.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with others.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial, and legal information.
  • Ability to complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
