Seeking an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner for in-person care in the Chicagoland area, based in Morrison, IL.
This role offers part‑time/full‑time W2 positions with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, and multi‑site exposure across skilled nursing and long‑term care facilities.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnose, treat, and manage infectious diseases, and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with care teams, coordinate referrals, and ensure accurate documentation to improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain a minimum of 12 patient visits daily, with performance bonuses available.
Active Illinois NP license, Master’s degree in Nursing, and preferred infectious disease and long‑term care experience.
