Registered Nurse; RN), Day Shift, ICU - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Position

RN Weekender – Cardiac Neuro ICU – Edward Main Hospital. Full time, 36 hours per week.

Hourly pay 36.00 to 55.80 per hour, determined by expertise and experience.

Sign on bonus: $10,000 paid in two installments ($5,000 at 3 months, $5,000 at 12 months) for RNs with 5+ years of critical‑care experience.

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure required.

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies and procedures.
• Recognize changes, plan and evaluate patient care, and monitor patients.
• Delegate appropriate patient‑care tasks to other staff.
• Function as a team member to fulfill unit goals.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing.
• 5 years of RN critical‑care experience.
• If holding only an Associate Degree in Nursing, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.
