Opportunity Details

• Full‑time Advanced Practice Provider position in the Convenient Care Department, Champaign‑Urbana, Illinois.
• Work in an established outpatient‑only practice, providing care to patients without a primary‑care panel.
• Convenient Care is open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; rotates to three locations (Curtis, Windsor, and CC Plus at Main Campus).
• Required to see patients on alternate weekends and share holidays within the group.
• Flexible scheduling with no call responsibilities.
• Collaborate with specialists across the Carle Health system.

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Perform assessments, diagnose common conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Manage patient flow and coordinate care within the department.

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required; one year of emergency department experience will be considered.
• Suturing skills are a plus.

• Current Illinois registration as a registered nurse and advanced practice nurse or physician assistant.
• ACLS and PALS certification required.

The compensation range for this position is $60.72 – $78.94 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. Carle Health offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement options.
