Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Responsibilities

Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Utilizes critical thinking to assess patient conditions, identify changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document relevant observations. Appropriately delegates tasks and collaborates as a team member to support unit goals.

Qualifications
  • License:
    Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
  • Education:

    BSN degree preferred
  • Certification:
    Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within three months of start date
  • Pediatric Life Support (PALS) required within three months of start date
  • Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) required within three months of start date
  • Experience:

    1 year of nursing inpatient experience as an RN required
