Hourly Pay Range
: $36.00 - $55.80 (determined by expertise and experience).
Position: RN – Emergency Department (Night)
Location: Edwards Hospital – Naperville, IL
Schedule: Full-Time, 36 hours/week;
Night shift 7:00 pm – 7:30 am, every third weekend, rotating holidays.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing; if holding an associate degree, must graduate with a bachelor’s degree in nursing within five years of start date. Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure is required.
ResponsibilitiesProvide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures. Employ critical thinking skills, assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor patient progress, and record pertinent observations. Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff and collaborate as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
