Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Sign On Bonus: $15,000 for experienced NICU nurses with two years of experience. Additionally, candidates must either be currently employed in a NICU or have NICU experience within the past three years.

• Full time - 36 hours/week
• Hours:
  
  Nights 7 PM - 7:30 AM rotating weekends and rotating holidays required
• Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) 35 bed unit with strong family centered care and single room setup.
• Travel Required:
  
  Occasional floating into Peds/PICU, SCN and Mother Baby

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
• If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)
• At least 1 years of experience in Level III/IV NICU setting
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current BLS through AHA
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within six months of start date into position
