Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 – Determined by expertise and experience.

    Monday‑Friday, 8am – 4pm (no weekends or holidays)
A Brief Overview
  • The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
  • The Staff Nurse will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
What you will do
  • Develop a plan of care that identifies interventions to achieve expected outcomes. Evaluate patient progress toward attainment of outcomes, revising diagnosis, interventions, and expected outcomes as needed.
  • Provide patient assessment and collect health data involving patient, family, and other health care providers.
  • Communicate the plan of care to patient and family regularly, respecting the patient's wishes and mutual goal setting for optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate patient data to physician and interdisciplinary team as indicated to achieve patient care needs.
  • Document patient health data, interventions, and communications.
  • Individualize patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment; provide teaching on disease management, emergency care, and drug information when appropriate; identify community resources to support self‑management.
  • Interact with and contribute to professional development of peers, students, and other health care providers. Share knowledge, provide feedback, and create a supportive educational environment. Assign or delegate tasks as needed.
  • Provide psychological support in a compassionate environment.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations.
What you will need
  • Education: Associate’s in Nursing, required. Bachelor’s in Nursing, preferred.
  • Licensure: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure, required.
  • Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association, required.
