NCLEX Instructor - Quincy, IL; On-Site

Kaplan North America is looking for experienced registered nurses to serve as NCLEX instructors in Quincy, IL.

• Maintain high energy level and engage students to ensure an excellent student experience.
• Effectively facilitate learning and learner development.
• Learn Kaplan methodology and strategies quickly.
• Facilitate active and ongoing classroom management.
• Attend faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and instructional meetings as required.
• Provide individualized guidance via email as a Kaplan Learning Integrated Coaching (KLIC) Coach.

• MSN or BSN with a Master's degree required.
• Current, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse.
• Five or more years clinical nursing experience.
• Previous teaching/training experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Weekday availability required.

• Competitive hourly teaching rates starting at $40 per hour.
• Hourly coaching rate of $35 per hour.
• Paid training and preparation time.
• Pay increases.
• Established curriculum.
• Seasonal position based on nursing school graduation dates and testing cycles.
