ResponsibilitiesLead a friendly nursing team and a diverse, interdisciplinary group of physicians, APPs, pharmacy, case management, respiratory therapy, and social work professionals who value respect, autonomy, and clear communication.
Manage high‑acuity exposure across the ED/Emergency Room with trauma and stroke activations, cardiac and sepsis pathways, fast‑track and observation workflows, advanced imaging at the point of care, and virtual nursing support.
Report to the Director of Emergency Services with close partnership from the ED Medical Director and support from clinical educators, seasoned charge nurses, and informatics and staffing resources.
