Overview
Nurse
We are seeking a flexible, detail-oriented, and growth-minded Nurse to join our clinical team. As our practice grows, this position will evolve into a Nurse Navigator / BioTE Hormone Specialist, with a focus on overseeing our BioTE program.

Procedure
This role begins with 6-12 months as a Provider Partner (supporting providers with patient rooming, vitals, procedures, triage, and documentation) to ensure a strong foundation in our workflows and patient experience standards.

Teamwork
  • Participate in weekly Level 10 meetings as part of our EOS structure. Collaborate with providers and clinical team to optimize BioTE workflows and outcomes.
Performance
  • Perform triage (phone and in-person), document patient visits, and support clinical flow.
Build
  • Help build and guide the BioTE "pod" team to deliver seamless, concierge-level care.
Nurse
  • Phase 2 (if the right fit):
    Nurse Navigator / BioTE Hormone Specialist.
Assist
  • Room guests, take vitals, assist providers with procedures.
Oversee
  • Oversee BioTE program logistics, ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality at every step.
Requirements Skills

Strong clinical and triage skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Experience

Will also entertain other health care professionals with clinical experience, including Foreign Medical Graduates, Very Experienced Medical Assistants, and others who are clinically experienced. Prior experience in women’s health, hormone therapy, or outpatient care preferred.

License

Licensed Nurse (RN, LPN, or equivalent).

Grow

Communication

Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
