RN - Medical ICU

Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 hourly. Pay is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience.

Position: RN – Medical ICU

Location:

Naperville, IL

Hours:

7:00AM – 7:30PM (Day shift) with rotating weekends and holidays; part‑time 24hrs/week.
Travel:
None.

• Minimum 3 years of RN critical‑care experience.
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; if Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree, must complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date.

Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures. Employ critical thinking skills, assess patients’ conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor patient progress, and record pertinent observations. Delegate appropriate patient‑care tasks to other staff and function as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
