Clinical Supervisor

• Provide professional clinical leadership
• Maintain work schedule for nursing department staff
• Delegate nursing tasks
• Monitor overtime and adjust schedules accordingly
• Approve time-off requests for nursing staff and adjust schedules as needed
• Provide orientation and training for new nursing staff members
• Assist in annual employee evaluations
• Coordinate nursing staff meetings as needed
• Inventory medical supplies and submit supply orders as needed
• Monitor budgetary constraints
• Maintain DMG policies and procedures
• Act as doctor/patient liaison
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Assure OSHA/Safety compliance
• Meet regularly with the office manager
• Provide supervision over assigned nursing staff for the site

• CPR Certified
• At least 3 years nursing experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to interact with patients, physicians, and other clinical and non-clinical personnel in a fast-paced medical office environment
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
• Ability to assure OSHA/Safety compliance
• Ability to perform essential job functions, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities

Demonstrates strong clinical leadership and supervisory skills in a nursing environment, ensuring compliance with OSHA and safety standards while maintaining patient confidentiality. Capable of effectively managing nursing staff schedules, training, and evaluations within budgetary constraints.
