We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and hospitality-minded Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team at The Springs at Monarch Landing
, our skilled nursing community.

As an LPN, you will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality clinical care and an exceptional experience for our residents.

You will:

• Provide nursing care and monitor residents’ health and well-being
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
• Follow established health, safety, and clinical guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Respond to residents’ needs with compassion, professionalism, and respect

We are currently hiring for:

• Full-time 3rd
  
  Shift: 10:30 p.m.
  
  - 7:00 a.m.
• Part-time 3rd
  
  Shift: 10:30 p.m.
  
  - 7:00 a.m.
• Part-time 2nd
  
  Shift: 2:30 p.m.
  
  - 11:00 p.m.

LPNs are required to work every other weekend.

• $33-$35/hour
  , based on experience
• $2/hour weekend differential
• $1.50/hour 2nd & 3rd shift differential
