The Server creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club’s members and guests at the Club’s three restaurants – 1915, Stagg, & 73rd Hole. Responsible for providing a five-star member dining experience, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of orders, and anticipating member needs.

• Possess a personality that makes people feel welcome, with a passion for providing an outstanding member experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to think on your feet.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.

• Ability to proactively anticipate member and guest needs.

• Basic math skills.
• Prior server experience is preferred.
• 2 years of food & cocktail service experience.
• Fluent in written and conversational English.
• Experienced computer user.
• Comfortable working inside and outside in a hot and noisy environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the member dining spaces.
• Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 20 lbs.

• This is a seasonal position from May through September/December
• Up to full-time hours during the season
• Varying schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Daily shifts start at 6:30 am
• Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs.
