Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview

Member Assist Cart Attendant at Sam's Club. The role involves maintaining a well-kept parking lot, assisting members with purchases, and ensuring carts are available. You will also help load items into vehicles and support creating a positive member experience. This position requires being on your feet and active throughout the shift.

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club and answer member questions.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Assist with transporting items and ensuring availability of carts/flatbeds.
• Assist members with purchases and payments according to company policies; operate cash registers as needed.
• Assist members with loading their vehicles and help with parking lot cleanliness.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including ethics and integrity standards.
• Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, and adapting to changes.

• Fill club pickup orders by notifying members about delays and unavailable products; offer alternatives when needed.
• Ensure items are prepared and dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolve member issues and concerns.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety checks and reporting unsafe situations.
• Provide member service by identifying needs and assisting with purchasing decisions and transactions.
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist with transporting items.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Premiums may apply for certain schedules or work performed.
