** COMPENSATION:**
* ** Base Pay**: $58,500 - $88,450 per year
* ** Commission & Bonus:
** UNCAPPED commission on written sales – 2% on Joybird Sales. Monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,500 based on achievement of AOP written sales.
