Job Summary

Seasonal positions at Target offer the opportunity to support guests across a variety of store areas with a dynamic, fun work environment. These positions are open for anyone looking for part‑time, flexible work that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

Pay: $17.25 per hour, range $17.25–$25.90 per hour.

• Provide excellent guest service as a Seasonal Guest Advocate.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products as a Seasonal General Merchandise Expert.
• Support fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, and shipping as a Seasonal Fulfillment Expert.
• Create visual merchandising displays as a Seasonal Style Consultant.
• Process inbound shipments and inventory as a Seasonal Inbound Expert.
• Assist with food & beverage operations as a Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert.
• Operate technology tools, scan merchandise, and handle cash register operations as a Seasonal Tech Consultant.

• Positive, welcoming attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology and store systems.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem‑solving to resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes accurately.
• Experience with cash register operations and handling sales transactions.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and move up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular attendance and reliability.
