Do you love shopping with other people’s money? We are looking for a motivated, fun, and creative swag/merch Sales Executive who will collaborate with our clients to help them find swag and gifts for their employees and customers.

We’re in the promotional products space, and we love finding the perfect match for what our clients want for their event. Are you fun? We need you to engage with clients, get your creative juices flowing to find the right solution, dive into new trends, collaborate with our suppliers and vendors, and master your organizational skills by juggling lots of projects.

As a Big Frey Sales Executive, you will be developing sales and pricing plans, communicating with customers to determine their needs, and conducting research to identify new sales leads. Hunting new partnerships, managing existing accounts and creatively engaging potential clients are all part of this unique opportunity.

To ensure success, you must have experience in the promotional product industry, should possess excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of customer relationship management, and be detail oriented. An outstanding Sales Executive will be someone whose customer-oriented initiatives contribute to optimized sales department performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing account support to existing customers assigned by sales leadership.
  • Identify and initiate new sales opportunities.
  • Source, quote, and close client projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales leads and develop sales plans.
  • Report directly to sales leadership.
  • Document processes and maintain sales records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar.
  • 2+ years experience in inside or outside sales at a promotional product distributor
  • Tech Savvy, fluent in MS Office, and CRM database a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Great organizational and time-management skills.
