Our client, a prominent player in the ground transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join their team in Chicago. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive new business and expand market presence in the OTR (Over-The-Road) freight sector within the 3PL industry.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in ground transportation OTR freight services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers in the logistics and transportation industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor logistics solutions that meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the ground transportation and 3PL industry, with expertise in OTR freight services.
