Key Responsibilities- Engage high-level decision-makers through strategic, multi-channel outreach
- Build & manage your own book of business across a defined niche
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients & candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Leverage internal tools & team support to stay organized and maximize efficiency
- Contribute to the firm’s growth while carving out your own long-term path
- 5+ years in inside sales, business development, 360 recruiting, or consultative B2B sales
- Track record of generating new business & managing long sales cycles
- Confidence in cold outreach, negotiation & building trust quickly
- Entrepreneurial drive & ability to work independently within a team-oriented culture
- Coachability & desire for continuous improvement
