- Generate New Business – Actively prospect through networking, referrals, community engagement, and direct outreach.
- Provide Expert Insurance Solutions – Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage across Auto, Home, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance.
- Educate & Guide Clients – Conduct consultations to explain policy options, benefits, and coverage details in a clear and professional manner.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Goals – Drive consistent performance to achieve individual and agency targets.
- Build Long‑Term Client Relationships – Establish trust, ensure policy retention, and provide ongoing support to meet clients evolving needs.
- Conduct Policy Reviews & Cross‑Sell – Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and recommend additional products.
