This is a sell, upsell, and re-sell role for a competitive, confident professional who can exceed aggressive monthly sales targets.
Your Mission- Sell memberships like a pro – Convert 50%+ of first-time guests into long-term members.
- Maximize every ticket – Upsell service enhancements and retail with ease.
- Follow up and close – Use calls, texts, and emails to capture every missed opportunity.
- Crush the leader board – Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
- Own the front desk as your sales floor – Every interaction is a chance to close.
- A hunter, not a gatherer – You go after the sale, not wait for it to come to you.
- Money-motivated – Commission lights a fire in you.
- Confident & persuasive – You know how to create urgency and overcome objections.
- Disciplined & results-driven – You track your numbers and hold yourself accountable.
- Experienced in high-volume sales – Hospitality, fitness, luxury retail, or spa sales preferred.
- Competitive base pay + uncapped commission (Top performers earn $25+/hour).
