Virtual Clinician Evaluations Physician -Illinois

Overview

Signify Health, a part of CVS Health®, is hiring Full‑time Physicians to conduct Video Visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. During these visits, you’ll conduct an approximately 30‑minute visit, including a medication and medical history review, and educate members about their health.

• Conduct online “Video Visits” with health plan members, working in a private space with adequate internet connection.
• Provide 40 hours of availability weekly, consistently delivering 320+ capacity units per month.
• Execute a strong visit completion rate, consistently pacing 220+ completed visits per month.
• Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements (regular training required).

• Be trained and credentialed for all health plan clients and lines of business in primary coverage state(s).
• Consistently engage with regular manager, team and clinical meetings.
• Be accountable to Signify Health operational, clinical, and member experience key performance indicators and metrics.
• Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas.
• Primary coverage areas include but are not limited to:
  Oregon.

• MDs and DOs with active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi‑state licenses preferred.
• Experience with Signify Health In‑Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in‑home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or similar format (preferred).
• Ability to obtain and maintain multi‑state licenses in coverage area, as required.
• Conducet remote visit delivery; broadband connectivity with video and audio enabled, quiet setting, neutral background, and privacy compliance per CVS Health guidelines.
• Specific vision abilities to view and read a computer screen, iPad, and other electronic devices.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.
• Proficiency with information management and technology.

Full‑time employees qualify for a comprehensive benefits package, including base salary plus incentive structure, malpractice insurance coverage (during Signify Health‑related activities).

The typical pay range for this role is: $50.00 - $50.00 (typical pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
