Automotive Sales​/Product Specialist

We’re looking for motivated, outgoing Sales/Product Specialists who want to build a career, not just work a job. Our team uses a consultative approach to help customers find the right vehicle while creating a smooth, straightforward buying experience.

This position offers a potential first-year income of $60,000-$120,000, with additional earning potential through bonuses and spiffs.

• Greet and guide customers into the sales process.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs and lifestyle.
• Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications.
• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.

• Are enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Are outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections.
• Have quality customer service skills.
• Have a good sales track record.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Are persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic.
• Focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
• Are computer literate and have basic math skills.
• Have a Valid Driver's License.
• Bilingual is a plus.
