Territory:This role covers Illinois, Wisconsin, and or Minnesota
RoleDescription:
The Territory Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Illinois, Wisconsin or Minnesota. This role is responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities, managing a defined territory, and building long-term relationships with industrial and commercial customers. Daily activities include conducting site visits, understanding customer safety needs, presenting BOPLAN solutions, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up to close opportunities.
The Territory Sales Representative collaborates with engineering and CAD teams to design tailored safety barrier solutions and ensures smooth coordination between customers, internal operations, and installation teams. The role also involves tracking sales activity in CRM tools, monitoring market trends, participating in trade events or product demonstrations, and supporting post-sale customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including territory management, pipeline development, and closing deals.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain technical solutions clearly and present to various stakeholder levels.
- Proven Relationship Building and Customer Satisfaction abilities, with a focus on trust, follow-through, and long-term customer partnerships.
- Experience in industrial, material handling, manufacturing, or safety products sales is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site at customer facilities, conducting walkthroughs, and identifying safety improvement opportunities.
- Ability to use CRM systems and standard office software to manage accounts, forecasts, and documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Monthly Car Allowance: $700
- Performance Bonus of up to: $35,000 if you meet your quarterly targets.
