Orange theory Fitness Illinois is seeking a Sales Associate to drive membership growth at our studio. You will be a hunter, prospecting leads, booking initial sessions, conducting discovery calls, and closing memberships on the spot to hit quotas.
You will work in a quota-driven environment with daily outbound calls, CRM tracking, and collaboration with coaches to ensure a seamless first-time class experience. Weekend availability is required and you will receive comprehensive sales training.
