Sales Representative | Paid Training

GTL Management is currently hiring a
full-time Entry-Level Sales Representative
to join our growing team here in Chicago, IL
.

In this role, you'll work inside major retail locations representing nationally recognized brands. You'll engage directly with customers, educate them on products and services, answer questions, and help connect them with solutions that fit their needs. You'll be part of a collaborative team while developing valuable professional skills and working toward leadership opportunities.

• Represent client brands through face‑to‑face customer interactions
• Engage with customers and provide product and service information
• Build positive relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Generate new customer acquisitions and support marketing initiatives
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Learn effective sales, marketing, and customer acquisition strategies
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
• Work closely with leadership and team members to execute successful campaigns
• Participate in daily training and professional development sessions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
• Motivated, dependable, and goal‑oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Lombard, IL
• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required
