• ✅ Experienced in fitness equipment repair, electrical, mechanical, or a related trade
• ✅ Able to work independently & problem-solve with minimal supervision
• ✅ Committed to professionalism, quality work, and strong customer service
• ✅ Available during business hours with flexibility for occasional travel
• ✅ Physically strong & able to lift up to 200 lbs safely

• Repairing, troubleshooting, moving, assembling, and installing fitness equipment.
• Ensuring all equipment is safe, clean, and fully functional.
• Managing service calls & equipment diagnostics independently.
• Providing top-tier customer service at commercial and residential sites.
• Tracking & reporting service work and equipment expenses.

• ✅ Minimum 2+ years of repair or fitness equipment service experience (mechanical, electrical, or related field). Must be able to work on your own when starting.
• ✅ Reliable transportation (Truck, SUV, or Van preferred)
• ✅ High School Diploma or GED
• ✅ Professional appearance & strong communication skills
• ✅ Ability to lift 200 lbs & pass an annual PT test
• ✅ Must pass a background check & drug test (CBD/Marijuana prohibited)
• ✅ Smoke & vape-free workplace

• Minimum 15 hours per week available, Monday–Friday (business hours)
• Some Saturday & full days out-of-town work (20% - 30% out of town)
• Pay: $18 - $25 per hour, based on experience after probationary period
• All hires start as contractors for the first 3 months & 200 hours before being considered for employment.
