Field Service Technician

Look at powerline workers, sunbelt, united rentals (anything with boom lift)

Boom lift goes

40-70 hours a week (rotate on call job) Guaranteed 40hours every week

Safety is priority 1

Not afraid of heights (emphasize lifts go 150-337ft in the air!)

Need to be a leader, there is tons of support

2000 miles traveled sometimes for work. Lots of being away from home

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located across the USA. Responsibilities include providing field service support, executing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, and offering technical assistance to customers. The Field Services Engineer will ensure optimal equipment performance and contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely support.

• Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to diagnose and maintain equipment effectively
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support capabilities to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Excellent Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and resolve their inquiries
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills in on-site environments
• Proven experience in the repair or maintenance of aerial work platforms or heavy equipment is an advantage
• A technical degree in Engineering, Mechanics, or related field is preferred
• Ability to travel as needed for on-site tasks
