What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and indoor air quality equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and replacement solutions when appropriate
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders using company technology
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards

What You Need

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on residential heating and cooling systems
• EPA Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
