LSP USA LLC is looking for skilled Maintenance Equipment Engineers to join our growing team in Matteson, IL(near Chicago), Warren, OH (near Cleveland), Lansing, MI, and Phoenix, AZ! Responsibilities:- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures and implement effective repairs
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify and resolve equipment‑related issues
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in maintenance management systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
- Degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or a similar engineering role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
