The Springs at Monarch Landing is seeking a Social Services Coordinator to support residents and families through transitions, ensuring emotional, social, and psychological support for residents to thrive.
This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with salary starts at $20/hour and reports to the Social Services Manager. You will build relationships, assess needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote quality of life.
