Grey Parrot Systems (GPARROT) is hiring a dynamic Technology Manager who can run multiple concurrent projects, lead diverse engineering teams, and drive delivery excellence across cloud, AI, and full stack client engagements.

This is a hands‑on, high‑energy leadership role for a Technology Manager who thrives in complexity — running multiple projects simultaneously, context‑switching with ease, and keeping engineering teams aligned, unblocked, and shipping. You are equally comfortable discussing architecture, managing stakeholders, enforcing process, and coaching engineers. You do not get flustered when priorities shift — you recalibrate fast and keep delivery moving.

You bring strong technology breadth across cloud, full stack, AI, and enterprise platforms — enough to lead technical conversations, challenge assumptions, and make smart decisions across diverse project types. You embed AI tools into how your teams work, champion governance and quality, and hold a high bar for engineering excellence across every engagement you own.

• 12+ years of technology experience with 6+ years in an engineering leadership or management role
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects — balancing priorities, resources, timelines, and quality across diverse work streams simultaneously
• Broad technology knowledge — cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP), full stack development (React / Angular / Node.js / Python / Java), APIs, microservices, and AI-integrated applications
• Strong process and delivery management — Agile / Scrum, sprint planning, backlog grooming, release management, and CI/CD governance
• Experience leading and directing Vibe Coding teams — engineers using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to ship fast
• Experience delivering or overseeing AI-integrated applications — LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, or AI-powered product features
• Dynamic, adaptable leadership style — able to pivot quickly, manage ambiguity, and drive clarity across multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow diverse engineering talent — full stack, cloud, AI, QA, and Dev Ops
• Strong client-facing skills — able to manage expectations, communicate delivery status, and build trust with senior business stakeholders
• Excellent written and oral communication skills — clear, direct, and effective across technical and non-technical audiences

• Own and manage multiple concurrent technology projects end-to-end — planning, execution, quality, release management, and stakeholder communication across diverse client engagements
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams spanning full stack development, cloud architecture, AI integration, QA, and Dev Ops
• Set technical direction across projects — guiding architecture decisions, reviewing code quality, and enforcing engineering standards without being the bottleneck
• Drive the adoption of AI coding tools and Vibe Coding practices — Claude Code, Cursor, Git Hub Copilot — across all engineering teams to accelerate delivery
• Oversee AI integration initiatives across projects — LLM-powered features, RAG pipelines, intelligent workflow automation, and agentic systems
• Partner with product owners, architects, QA leads, and client stakeholders to ensure teams are aligned, prioritized, and unblocked at all times
