Integration Lead

Grey Parrot Systems is hiring an Integration Lead with deep hands-on expertise across Mule Soft, Snap Logic, Informatica, and Dell Boomi — designing, building, and governing enterprise integrations across complex multi-platform environments.

• 8+ years of enterprise integration experience — hands-on across multiple iPaaS platforms
• Strong Mule Soft — API-led connectivity, Anypoint Platform, and integration governance
• Strong Snap Logic — pipeline design, transformation logic, and error handling
• Strong Informatica — Power Center / IICS, data integration, and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Strong Dell Boomi — process design, connector configuration, and lifecycle management
• REST / SOAP APIs — OAuth, JWT, API-first architecture, and enterprise security
• Integration governance — versioning, environment management, monitoring, and documentation
• Strong error handling — retry logic, alerting, and incident management
• Ability to lead integration work streams and mentor integration engineers

• Lead integration architecture and delivery — Mule Soft, Snap Logic, Informatica, and Boomi
• Design and build REST / SOAP API integrations across enterprise platforms
• Assess current-state environments — identifying architectural debt and governance gaps
• Define and enforce integration governance standards across all work streams
• Monitor production integrations — alerting, error resolution, and performance optimization
• Evaluate and recommend integration platforms — Mule Soft vs. Snap Logic vs. Informatica vs. Boomi
• Mentor integration engineers on architecture patterns and best practices
• Use Claude and AI tools to accelerate integration design and documentation

• Mule Soft, Informatica, or Boomi certification
• Background in retail, manufacturing, logistics, or financial services

• You have built production integrations across all four platforms — and know the strengths of each
• You design error handling before the happy path
• You leave integration environments cleaner and better governed than you found them
• You mentor engineers who ship better solutions because of working with you
