Salary Range: $16 - $20 / Hr

Purpose and Summary

Responsible for general labor tasks to support meeting customer needs both internally and externally.

Essential Job Functions
  • Operate grain handling equipment such as conveyors, augers, and elevators.
  • Load, unload, and transport grains like corn, wheat, and soybeans from trucks, trailers, and trains.
  • Ensure proper storage of grains to maintain quality and prevent spoilage.
  • Inspect grains for quality, removing foreign objects and damaged grains.
  • Balance and distribute products evenly on trucks/trailers, ensuring proper axle weights.
  • Monitor stored grain quality and report issues like pests or moisture.
  • Work from heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Assist with loading grains for shipment, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Follow safety protocols, wear safety gear, and perform routine equipment maintenance.
  • Work extended hours as needed and attend meetings and training.
  • Maintain inventory of parts for repairs and adhere to safety and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements

    High school diploma, GED, or related experience. Valid Driver’s License preferred. Ability to work extended hours.
